Violet is very much enjoying preschool. They just finished a two week session on Castles, Dragons, and Princesses. Behold Violet's dragon:

I have no artistic skill to speak of and Eric is quite skilled. I can't tell yet who's genes Violet has inherited.
We recently went to Irvine Park with some visiting friends. Violet got to ride the train through the park.
